301 New Homes in Hayesn…

Development has just begun on this new three block residential and commercial development on Pump Lane, which will provide 301 new homes and 710m² of commercial space at ground level. The buildings range in height from 2 to 10 storeys.

A custom designed solution

LCS has supplied and installed a Metsec metal walling system, to be clad with calcium silicate board. We will also supply and install the EPDM waterproofing system and fit UPVC doors and windows to fit the design brief.
