Stage One
Budget and Design Review
Conceptual remediation proposals are developed, project brief, programmes and budget, site surveys and a project execution plan.

Stage Two
Technical Design
Detailed technical drawings, specifications, and product specifications are prepared for remedial work.
2.
Stage Three
Consultation & Communication
Consultation or all works involved with client and consulting engineers of remedial process along with communicating the full remedial works to all stakeholders, including residents.
3.
Stage Four
Installation and Remediation
Site setup and remediation process begins. Procurement of materials, fabrication, on-site work, inspections and continuous resident communication.
4.
Stage Five
Handover
The remedial works are completed and works handed over to the client, including final inspections and operations and maintenance documentation and quality assurance reports. Site setup removed.
