Serving London and the South-East
We moved into the contracting market in February 2009, and have grown to become a reputable service provider, installing a wide range of façade systems. Since inception, our company has grown from its initial partnership to a team of 30 workers, allowing us to expand from providing one-off installations in commercial and industrial units, to delivering façade solutions for the biggest high-rise developments across London.
Following the Grenfell fire and the instruction on new building regulations, we expanded our services to include Fire Safety Remediation and to further enhance our reputation as a façade contractor. Our dedicated team have completed several fire remediation projects to ensure compliance with current building regulations – from full cladding remediation to timber decking replacement on balconies.
Our key clients include a number of property developers, building contractors and larger corporations, who come to LCS time and time again for our consistent quality of work. The emphasis is on providing custom designed, high-end solutions which take advantage of our established links with the best suppliers of high-quality products. These include the likes of Metsec, Kingspan, CPI, ACS, Taylor Maxwell, Fixfast, Encon Insulation, Ash & Lacy, Rockpanel, Hilti, FC Architectural, Siderise and CGL Facades.
With an exacting attention to detail, we strive to provide the most competitive and up-to-date solutions in the industry and ensure the team on the ground works safely and efficiently towards a stunning end result. Our site managers are NVQ level 6 qualified, and the workforce holds CSCS certificates, SSSTS training and at least NVQ level 2 in roofing and cladding.
