194 new homes near Queensbury Station…

LCS have been tasked with creating decorative privacy screens and feature aluminium cladding to various recessed balcony areas for this new, three block residential development. The buildings range from four to seven storeys totalling 194 new apartments on Honeypot Lane.

The result

A custom designed solution

We provided powder coated aluminium system, combined with Rockpanel clad screens. This sleek solution combines 3mm thick polyester powder coated aluminium and Hilti ‘Helping hand’ framing systems with 9mm Thick Rockpanel cladding boards which are colour coated to suit.

LCS also carried out soffit cladding works to the underside of concrete balconies, and provided spandrel infill panels above and below windows.
