New apartments near New Malden Station…

This new development in South West London features almost 300 new studio 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Fairview New Homes acquired the site of a former Homebase and contracted LCS to supply and install structural framing, cladding, waterproofing, windows and doors. The development will complete in late 2021.

The result

A custom designed solution

We supplied and installed the Metsec steel framing system, which will be clad using calcium silicate board. LCS will also supply and install EPDM waterproofing membrane and fit UPVC doors and windows in accordance with the design concept.
