Based on the site of a former newspaper library…

Colindale Phase 4 is a £5 million residential development in North-West London. Fairview Homes asked LCS to provide a multi-finish range of rainscreen materials, and to devise a solution for the building’s specialist cantilevered balconies.

The result

A custom designed solution

The design team created a bespoke aluminium tray panel system for the balconies, fixed back to an adjustable framework, which was able to span over multiple storeys. These balconies, combined with the multi-coloured facades, lend the development a unique and modern aesthetic.
