Residential building with Ground floor retail opposite Epsom Station

Hudson House is located directly opposite the busy Epsom Station. Eternit fibre cement was used in various points on the building façade which LCS had to remove to bare blockwork, install fire barriers and re-install the cladding using the existing support framework. Trespa High Pressure Laminate cladding on the top floor was fully remediated with A2 Rockpanel, insulation, cavity barriers and Versaroc sheathing board to eaves box and SFS plywood. A small area of works was completed to the spandrel panels on the curtain wall.
