Glaisher Street

Residential blocks idyllically located on the River Thames

Glaisher Street is a 7 story residential building on the River Thames in Greenwich. LCS was tasked with isolation the 6th and 7th floor double volume penthouse apartments which are clad in curtain wall and glazed with glass and spandrel panels.

At compartment wall each steal beam was protected with Versaroc cement board, new fire barriers installed.

On the lower levels, 1^st to 5^th, there was a full hight curtain wall behind the balconies. Each balcony stub had to be covered with Versaroc fibre cement board and a fire barrier. New non-combustible spandrel panels were installed to all balconies and at compartment lines to penthouses.
