Sister blocks to Flagship project, City House

Davenport & Edison are sister buildings to City House located on the same estate, only 4 stories high but consisted of complicated staggered roof design. The building was fully scaffolded for access.

The building consisted of localised Trespa cladding and timber planks of which both needed full replacement with Rockpanel and Valcan Vitradual timber effect aluminium planks respectively. New Tyvek breather membrane, Rockwool Duoslab insulation, Siderise fire barriers, Hilti stainless steel support framework was used. As with City House, the courtyard was landscaped at the end of the project.
