Fire remediation works to 7 buildings

The former site of Colindale hospital now a multi-block residential estate. A main feature of the site was a full replacement of the 9-story zinc façade with aluminium cassette panels.

The site consisted of various cladding including timber, high pressure laminate (HPL), zinc, Rockpanel, curtail wall and Steni Cladding. LCS remediation works allowed for localised remediation to low-risk areas and areas of high-risk works involved complete removal of existing material and was replaced with non-combustible cladding. Decorative I-line cladding was removed and the re-installed to allow for installation of fire barriers.

Decking was replaced throughout the site.
