Fire remediation works to 7 buildings

LCS was tasked fire remediation on 7 blocks of this residential estate with this project being more complicated by the fact that we had to take over from a previous contractor.

Works consisted of the entire removal and reclad of floors 10, 11 and 12 to Block D with specialised cladding from Poland. Localised remediation which included new breather membrane, insulation and insulated panels to Block G & F. Blocks A & B consisted of combustible standing seam mansard roof which need a complete reclad. Timber decking was consistent throughout the estate and protruding render pods were blow-filled with fireproof insulation.
